    We are a medium-sized parish in Colehill, just outside the market town of Wimborne Minster, about seven miles north of Poole in the county of Dorset, England.

    Our service for Harvest Festival will be tomorrow, 2nd October, to which we extend a very warm welcome to all. Harvest gifts will be presented during the service which will go to support the work of local charities.

    Our guest speaker will be Irwin Buchanan from the International Care Network in Poole, and the service will be followed by a presentation from Irwin and a frugal lunch to raise money for ICN in the Church Centre.


    Sunday, 25th September, saw the retirement of Alan Motson as Lay Reader at St. Michael's after 27 years of this ministry. Originally licensed in 1989, Alan will now become Lay Reader Emeritus. There will be a buffet lunch to mark Alan's retirement on 30th October.
